The publishing house McSweeney's recently published a book of poems, titled X, by Assistant Professor of English Dan Chelotti.

McSweeney's, founded by author Dave Eggers and one of the largest independent publishers in the country, transcribed an interview with Professor Chelotti available here. Also, throughout April McSweeney's will be publishing poems by Professor Chelotti in honor of National Poetry Month here.

Professor Chelotti is also the author of a chapbook, The Eights (Poetry Society of America, 2006), which was selected by Yusef Komunyakaa for a National Chapbook Fellowship from the PSA. His poems and reviews have appeared in Fence, Kenyon Review Online, Boston Review, jubilat, and many other journals.

He was the recipient of a residency from the Slovenian Writer's Association in 2006, and his work has been anthologized in State of the Union (Wave Books, 2008).
